Accessibility

A useful, understandable and welcoming store experience should be available to everyone.

Accessibility is part of how we design, test and improve the store.

01Clear structure

Information is organised so key answers are easier to find and understand.

02Flexible access

Core journeys are designed for keyboard, touch, zoom and readable contrast.

03Human support

Our care team can help when the digital experience creates a barrier.

Our commitment

Valoraie is committed to providing a digital shopping experience that is useful and understandable for as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice across design, content, development and third-party services—not a one-time certification.

Standards and testing

We aim for key customer journeys to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Reviews include keyboard navigation, screen-reader structure, focus visibility, colour contrast, zoom, text scaling and reduced-motion preferences.

Testing covers current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers, while recognising that combinations of devices, browsers and assistive technologies may behave differently.

Accessibility features

  • Semantic headings and landmarks to support navigation.
  • Visible keyboard focus and operable controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful product and editorial imagery.
  • Layouts designed to reflow at high zoom and on smaller screens.
  • Motion reduced when the device preference requests it.
  • Forms with labels, instructions and clear error messages.

Third-party services

Some checkout, payment, review, chat or marketing features may be provided by third parties. We review these services where practical and work to reduce barriers, but parts of their interfaces may sit outside Valoraie’s direct control.

Feedback and support

If you encounter a barrier, contact our care team and include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your device or browser, and any assistive technology in use. We will offer an alternative way to access the information or service where possible.

Contact the Valoraie care team to report an accessibility issue or request assistance with an order.
