Dispatch and delivery
Shipping Policy
Carrier names, rates, cut-off times, dispatch location, delivery estimates, insurance and international markets must be confirmed before launch.
Order processing
In-stock orders are currently planned for preparation within 1–2 business days. Personalised pieces require approximately 3–5 business days before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During launches, promotions and peak gifting periods, preparation may take longer. Any materially different estimate should be displayed before purchase or communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery options and charges
Standard Australian delivery is currently planned to be complimentary on orders over AUD $100. Available services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout based on destination and order contents.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless an expressly guaranteed service is offered.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
A dispatch email is sent when the parcel leaves Valoraie and includes tracking where available. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and can take time to update after lodgement.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an error is discovered; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or carrier processing has begun.
Where a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be sent again.
Delays, damage and possible loss
Weather, peak periods, carrier disruptions and remote destinations can affect delivery. If tracking has not progressed within the carrier’s expected timeframe, contact us so an enquiry can be opened.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the parcel and item before discarding packaging. Report the issue promptly with the order number.
International delivery
International delivery should be enabled only after available markets, duties, taxes, restricted destinations and return costs are configured. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and local charges.
