Our responsibility
Progress, without the gloss.
We believe better jewellery begins with honest information, considered design and claims supported by evidence.
Our approach
Honesty is the first standard.
No jewellery business has zero impact. We will not describe a product, material or practice as responsible, recycled or lower-impact unless the available evidence supports that specific claim.
Our work is to design for repeat wear, publish useful material information and improve traceability as documentation becomes available—then report progress without overstating it.
Our working standard
What responsibility means here.
Not a blanket claim. A practical standard applied to what we make, what we publish and what we improve.
Designed to stay in rotation.
Versatile proportions, practical construction and material-specific care support a longer useful life.
Materials & care ↗Claims stop where evidence stops.
Product information is kept specific, and broader responsibility claims wait for documentation that can support them.
Read the ledger ↓Improvement is operational work.
Packaging information, supply-chain visibility and service learning are treated as ongoing work—not finished achievements.

Designed for a longer life
Longevity begins at the drawing board.
How a piece is proportioned, assembled, worn and cared for all influence how long it stays in rotation.
- Material and finish information that sets realistic expectations
- Care guidance specific to plating, silver, pearls and pavé
- Early support when a clasp, setting or structural detail needs attention
- A two-year warranty assessment process for manufacturing faults
Transparency ledger
What is in place.
What comes next.
We prefer a useful record of work to a perfect-sounding promise. Status describes the work as it stands today; claims expand only when supporting records are complete.
Clear material information
Core metals, finishes, pearls and stones are explained in plain language, with care expectations customers can act on.
Supplier documentation
Declarations, recycled-content records and origin information are being consolidated. Claims will expand only where the supporting evidence is complete.
Packaging specifications
We are documenting the composition, recycled content and end-of-life guidance for each packaging component.
Quality and service learning
Customer feedback, fault patterns and care enquiries will inform quality control and practical repair or resolution pathways.
Our publishing promise
Evidence first.
Language second.
Claims should be specific enough to verify and clear enough to understand. Where documentation is incomplete, we will describe the work in progress—not the outcome.
This page will evolve as product, supplier and packaging documentation develops.Explore further
