Two-year manufacturing warranty

Valoraie pieces are covered for manufacturing faults for two years from the original purchase date. A manufacturing fault is an issue with materials, settings, clasps or construction that appears under normal use.

Proof of purchase and enough information to assess the issue are required. Coverage applies to the original Valoraie order and is assessed case by case.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, surface marks and gradual changes to plated finishes.
  • Accidental damage, impact, crushing, snagging or loss.
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, cosmetics, heat or improper storage.
  • Changes associated with the natural character of pearls and stones.
  • Repairs, resizing or alterations completed by another party.

These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us with the order number and purchaser email.
  2. Describe the issue and when it first appeared.
  3. Include clear photographs of the full piece and affected area.

Do not send jewellery before receiving return instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed or unable to be matched to a claim.

Assessment and available remedies

Our care team reviews the information provided and may request the item for physical assessment. Depending on the fault, product availability and applicable rights, the outcome may include repair, replacement, store credit or refund.

Where replacement is appropriate but the original design is unavailable, we will explain the closest available option before proceeding.

This warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies those rights where doing so would be unlawful.
