Store terms
Terms of Service
These draft terms require completion with Valoraie’s legal entity, business address, governing law, payment arrangements and final operating policies before launch.
Using the store
By using the Valoraie online store, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, operation or other customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account or at checkout.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have permission from a responsible adult.
Products and descriptions
We aim to present product materials, dimensions, colours and finishes accurately. Screen settings and the natural variation of pearls, stones and handcrafted details can create small differences between photographs and the item received.
Availability may change before an order is accepted. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing and will contact you if an order is affected.
Orders, pricing and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when dispatch is confirmed, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, stock errors or delivery restrictions.
Prices are shown in the selected currency. Taxes, duties, shipping and discounts are displayed as applicable during checkout. Payment must be authorised using an accepted method.
Delivery, personalisation and returns
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by carrier events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address.
Personalised information must be checked before checkout. Work may begin quickly and personalised items have limited change and return rights unless faulty. The current Delivery & Returns guidance and policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property and store content
Valoraie branding, product designs, photographs, copy, graphics and store content are protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be reproduced, modified, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where law allows.
Liability, consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Final limitations of liability, dispute procedures and governing-law terms must be completed for Valoraie’s operating entity and jurisdiction before launch.
