What is included
Every Valoraie order is prepared with presentation, protection and storage in mind. Jewellery is secured in Valoraie packaging suitable for gifting and for keeping pieces separated between wears.

- Product pricing is not included inside the parcel.
Packaging formats may vary by product size and order composition while maintaining the same protective purpose.
Orders with multiple pieces
Several items may be consolidated to avoid unnecessary packaging. If individual presentation is important—for example, when pieces are intended for different recipients—contact our care team before ordering so available options can be confirmed.
Sending directly to someone
Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and review every address field carefully. Tracking is sent to the email address used for the order.
A gift-message service is not yet guaranteed for every order. Contact our care team before purchase if a written message is essential to the gifting moment.
Personalised gifts
Personalised jewellery requires additional preparation before dispatch. Check the current timing on the product page and allow a buffer for birthdays, anniversaries and other fixed dates.

Lower-impact packaging choices
We aim to protect each piece without adding unnecessary layers. Packaging specifications, recycled content and supplier documentation are being confirmed as part of Valoraie’s pre-launch responsibility review.
Final packaging formats and any optional gifting services must be confirmed operationally before the store launches.
